Day 32 – this is a horreo which you see all over this area around (city Palas de Rei). They are used to store grains or dry goods and are on platforms to keep them away from rodents and water. Day 34 – this was about 9:30 Sunday morning and I had already been walking 3 hours. I am now about 2 miles from Santiago and there was a clearing and a hill. I got off the path to see if I could see Santiago. These towers are the iconic sign of the old part of the city. When I saw this I started crying.
