  Day 32 – this is a horreo which you see all over this area around (city Palas de Rei). They are used to store grains or dry goods and are on platforms to keep them away from rodents and water. Prior to knowing this, I speculated pilgrims that couldn’t make it to Santiago were put in these containers to keep from having bad press.
